Shipping Area

We currently ship within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. overseas territories.

Processing Time

Most in-stock orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders are not processed on weekends, U.S. public holidays, or Chinese public holidays. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Method And Delivery Time

Orders are shipped through our logistics partners, including YunExpress U.S. Special Line where available.

After your order is dispatched and clears customs, estimated delivery usually takes 7-12 business days.

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Weather, holidays, customs inspections, carrier delays, incorrect addresses, and other unexpected events may affect delivery time.

Shipping Fee

Standard shipping is $2.99.

U.S. orders over $29 before tax qualify for free standard shipping.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we will send tracking information to the email address used at checkout. Tracking updates may take a short time to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at sandartflow@outlook.com. We can only update an address before the order has been processed or shipped.

Lost Or Delayed Packages

If your tracking has not updated for an unusual amount of time, contact us with your order number and we will help check the shipment status.
