SHIPPING INFORMATION

Order Processing & Shipping Time

All in-stock orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. We do not process orders on weekends, U.S. public holidays, and Chinese public holidays, so shipping will be postponed accordingly for orders placed during these periods.
For pre-order items or temporary out-of-stock situations, we will notify you via email promptly to update the exact shipping schedule.

Shipping Method

We exclusively partner with YunExpress U.S. Special Line to provide reliable door-to-door delivery services, and we only ship to addresses within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. overseas territories).

Delivery Timeframe

Under normal circumstances, your package will be delivered within 7-12 business days after it leaves our warehouse and completes customs clearance.
Note: Delivery timeframe is calculated from the date the package is dispatched from the warehouse, excluding order processing time and customs inspection time. Delivery to remote areas may take an additional 1-3 business days.

Shipping Fees & Free Shipping Policy

We offer a flat-rate shipping fee for all addresses within the United States, with the following details:

1. Standard Shipping Fee: $2.99 per order

2. Free Shipping Offer: Free standard shipping for all U.S. orders with a pre-tax subtotal of $29 or more, no additional weight or product category restrictions.

Delivery Delay Notice

Due to force majeure factors including the ongoing impact of the global COVID-19 pandemic, destination customs inspections, extreme weather conditions, and logistics peaks during holiday seasons, your package may experience unavoidable delivery delays.
We will track the logistics status of your package throughout the entire delivery process, and will inform you as soon as possible if any abnormal situation occurs. Please reserve sufficient time for delivery in advance, thank you for your understanding and support.
